Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner to join our team. As a GP at Herbert Street Family Medical Clinic, you will provide high-quality medical care to patients of all ages. You will work in a supportive and collaborative environment, focused on delivering exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes for the Bowen community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive medical consultations and examinations.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide preventive care, including immunizations and health screenings.
• Manage chronic diseases and coordinate care with specialists.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Qualifications:

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) or equivalent.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge in general practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered care.
